I was born and raised in the Czech Republic and found my way to California more than a decade ago. After spending 14 years and establishing my business in San Francisco, I moved further south and now call the beautiful Santa Barbara my homebase. My photographic journeys have been taking me all around the world. The travel experiences and adventures are not only inspiring but also keep reminding me of what in life matters the most – people and loved ones around us.
With all the globe hopping, you might wonder what inspired me to start photographing newborns and kids? – My super cute nephew who was born in the Czech Republic. Seeing him the first day of his life and then traveling to another continent just a few hours later made me realize how quickly certain moments in life disappear. So I decided to help families to capture these tiny moments in photographs they will be able to cherish for generations.
